Time 2 has an Alarm Clock and a Countdown Timer along with a Digital Clock. There are 26 color Themes to choose from using futuristic graphics. You can choose from 15 different sound effects, one for the Alarm Clock and another one for the Countdown Timer. The current time can be displayed in either 12-hour or 24-hour versions. The alarm clock automatically resets to fire the next day after dismissal. There is a brightness dimmer with 5 different levels, which is really useful for dimming when sleeping. The Alarm Clock has:

Column ButtonsThe SD100000 button (Stardate button) that is just below the SYSTEM ACCESS elbo, toggles between a millenium version of TNG stardates and more human readable stardates, that is shown to its right. Use the BRIGHTESS button to dim or lighten the window. Dimming the the window at night is really useful. The 12/24 HOUR button toggles between standard 12 hour and 24 hour time. The ENGAGE ALARM button toggles the Alarm Clock On/Off. It can also be used to turn the alarm alert off after it fires. The Alarm Status Readout will reflect the current state using ENGAGED, OFF, or SNOOZING. The ENGAGE TIMER button toggles the Countdown Timer On/Off. It can also be used to turn the timer alert off after it fires. The Timer Status Readout will reflect the current state using ENGAGED, OFF, or SNOOZING. Click the THEME button to go to the next theme. Click the cap button to its right to go to the previous theme.

Alarms and TimersIn the screenshots up above, in the bottom-right of the iPad, are the controls for setting the Time for the alarm clock, the amount of time for the countdown timer and the sound fx that will be used when they are fired. Setting Sound FXThe ALARM SOUND button auditions the currently selected sound fx for the Alarm Clock. The TIMER SOUND button auditions the currently selected sound fx for the Countdown Timer. They do NOT control the volume of the sounds. The UP button selects the next sound. The DOWN button selects the previous sound. When tapping either button, the new sound plays. The number of the currently selected sound is shown between the UP and DOWN buttons. Setting the Alarm ClockThe UP and DOWN buttons on the right side of the panel allow you to set the absolute time when the Alarm Clock will fire. (Hours:Minutes) Tap to change by 1. Double-Tap to change by 5. They will also rollover to the start/end when you go past the max/min, respectively.
